Thank you for being understanding in our time of need and although we were faced with such a difficult decision, having you there made it feel a little easier.

It was a lovely surprise to find such a heartfelt card in the mail from you.

We appreciate how gentle you were with our beloved dog RB (Ratbag) once she had passed away, it meant a lot to us that you cared as much as we did.
