Dear Dr Cameron – thank you so much for coming over to our house yesterday at such short notice. I must be hard for you to see those things, but I could not have wished for anyone better and for that Cameron and I wish to thank you.

When you left we buried Jake under the Frangipani tree, with his favorite toy Tiger and he looked so peaceful. He was the best dog I could have ever wished for. He was my best friend for the past 16 years and he left us with such dignity. I will miss him so much.
