Thank you very much for your attendance and for your total professional and sympathetic manner in treating Brandi at short notice. I am sure that you are aware of the deep gratitude we both felt at you assisting at this time.

It was quite amazing your similarity to our eldest son, Tim in looks, manner & speech. It was also equally amazing that the only sign of recognition/interest from Brandi all day was on your arrival. Tim lives in Esperance and she must have thought you were him or I guess in reality she may have smelt the vets bag, but the first assumption is the better one.
