Many thanks for the card we received from you during the week,  sending us condolences over our loss of our darling Pixie.

May I say that your presence and part in Pixie’s final day was both comforting and reassuring.  For us to make that decision was stressful and dreadfully upsetting.  I know that Pixie was as relaxed as she could be at home and you handled the situation with great professionalism.  It somehow helped us to feel calmer about our decision.

Thank you for coming so quickly after our call.  That also helped us to negotiate the emotional distress of having Pixie put to sleep.  In the end, her exit was a gentle affair and for that we are very grateful.

We would not hesitate to recommend your service.
