I received a lovely card about Mala.  I imagine it was from you.  I just wanted to say what a nice thought it was and how much it was appreciated.  I also want to thank you for your understanding last Sunday.  I am sure it is not easy but I was thinking afterwards what a wonderful thing you do and how much comfort it must give people to allow their pet to die at home peacefully. 

Anyway at the end of this email is a photo of Mala in her better days (which was not that long ago).  It sums her up perfectly.
