Dear Dr Cameron

Whilst we remain overwhelmed with sadness following the loss to old age of our dear friend Marcus, we thank you for your kindness and compassion during our difficult time. Thank you for caring for Marcus in his final moments – glad we had you with us!

Kind regards,
