I just wanted to say thank you for the compassion and kindness you showed during my final moments with Macey.   Making the decision to say goodbye to Macey was incredibly difficult, but I felt better knowing that her final moments were peaceful and without stress.

Your compassion, empathy and kindness towards both of us, throughout was very much appreciated.
