Hi Cameron, 

I just wanted to thank you for your kindness with Raff. 

 We didn’t spend a single day apart in almost fifteen years and I can’t even find the words to describe the sense of loss, but you allowed Raff to have some dignity in her final moments and made things as easy as they could possibly be on Lindy and I.  I am eternally grateful for all that you did.
