Dear Cameron

We would just like to say thank you for your compassionate and caring way you helped us say goodbye to our much loved Charlie. It was very peaceful yet a very emotional day. She was a much loved family member for nearly 16 years, who had a wonderful life and provided so much love to all of us. She will always have a place in our hearts and all the memories that we have to remember her by. We especially appreciated your card and kind words. It has taken several weeks to be able to write this message of gratitude as we grieve over her passing.

Again thank you for your kindness

Warmest regards

Denise and Graeme

Hello Cameron

Thank you so much for going out of your way so we could let Boof go peacefully at home. Thank you for the kindness & compassion shown to our family during your visit. Making the decision to end his pain & let him go wasn’t easy but we know it is what was best for Boof. We are grateful for the service you provide in allowing us to say farewell at home & taking him to lawnswood.

We all miss him so very much. He truly had such a beautiful soul & was the most human like furbaby we have ever met.

Thank you

Bevan, Kelly, Thalia, Seth & Chevy

Farewell to our beautiful boy Rinny who was a much loved member of our family for over 12 years. He came into our lives at the age of four months and he was a boisterous puppy but matured into a lovely dog. He loved people and other dogs. He also loved playing with children. Rinny will be sadly missed by us all.

Rest in Peace Rinny.

Thank you to Dr Cameron for his help and compassion

Danuta and Djadek

Hi Cameron,

I just wanted to thank you for your kindness with Raff.

We didn’t spend a single day apart in almost fifteen years and I can’t even find the words to describe the sense of loss, but you allowed Raff to have some dignity in her final moments and made things as easy as they could possibly be on Lindy and I.  I am eternally grateful for all that you did.

Kindest regards,

Nat H

Hi Cameron

I just wanted to say thank you for the compassion and kindness you showed during my final moments with Macey.   Making the decision to say goodbye to Macey was incredibly difficult, but I felt better knowing that her final moments were peaceful and without stress.

Your compassion, empathy and kindness towards both of us, throughout was very much appreciated.

Thanks also for your sympathy and the kind words in the card you sent afterwards.

You provide a much needed service that makes a difficult time just that bit easier.  Thank you.

Michelle

Hi Cameron

Thank you for your sincere and thoughtful condolences in the card.

And for performing her procedure so respectfully.

The presence of Daisy is dearly missed in our family home.

Kind regards,

Dear Dr Cameron

Dudley 12/07/2017 – RIP

Firstly “ A big thank you,” to you for the extraordinary person that you are. Your time, your care and kind words were a safety net on such a very sad day.

Sorry for taking so long to write to you. I’m sure you understand that the loss has not been easy.

I knew deep down in my heart that time had caught up with our beautiful boy Dudley. He was the centre of our home and hearts, he followed us everywhere from the garden to the pantry and even to hang the washing on the line.

He never once failed in greeting us with happiness as we came through the door. His 15 years of loyalty, love and friendship are deeply missed. Our home is empty now and our hearts are sad but I know the kindest decision was made.

I miss him every single day.

Once again a big thank you. I’m sure your job doesn’t get any easier.

You were there when we needed you!

Kind regards,

Lynn, Glen and Hamish

Although a sad time for us, we wanted to write & express our thanks to Dr Mortlock for making our cherished pet  Febe’s final moments stress free in the comfort of her home and with those around her that loved her.

With heavy hearts, but a lifetime of wonderful memories we thank you for allowing us to farewell our best friend at home.

Sincerely

Brad & Lisa C

Hi Cameron,

Thanks again for your kindness and professionalism in managing Millie and my family on that very sad day.

Cheers,

Melissa

Hi Dr Cameron

Thank you so much for all that you did for our family on the day that we had to say goodbye to our beloved family member and best friend. Bella was a dearly loved member of our family whom we still miss every day.  You helped us deliver Bella to somewhere peaceful and with the dignity that she so deserved. Your kindness and respect that you showed both the  family and Bella will be remembered always. She was put to sleep in place that she loved the most, with her family watching over her.

Bella, you were the terrible, naughty puppy that ripped up our garden, destroyed every plant I planted, ate several shoes, however, you were the most loyal and protective dog that anyone could have.  We all miss you everyday, and will always…. Forever in our hearts 💕 xxxx

Thanks you

The Kerr Family

Hi Cameron,

We all want to thank you for the kindness, gentleness and respect you gave to our beautiful boy Denver to help him go onto his next journey.

He was so special and loved in our family.

We are all heartbroken and miss his personality, beautiful little face, soft ears, his funny ways, and everything about him so much.

He loved us unconditionally and, we feel honoured that he picked us for his family. Every day he was with us was a joy.

Thank you for your kind words when you were here and, for your card.

He will be missed forever.

Thank you for helping him to be at peace,

Claire, Terry, Dan, Tess, and Tim M

Dear Cameron

Many thanks for the card we received from you during the week,  sending us condolences over our loss of our darling Pixie.

May I say that your presence and part in Pixie’s final day was both comforting and reassuring.  For us to make that decision was stressful and dreadfully upsetting.  I know that Pixie was as relaxed as she could be at home and you handled the situation with great professionalism.  It somehow helped us to feel calmer about our decision.

Thank you for coming so quickly after our call.  That also helped us to negotiate the emotional distress of having Pixie put to sleep.  In the end, her exit was a gentle affair and for that we are very grateful.

We would not hesitate to recommend your service.

Thank you for what you do.

Best regards

Janine & Lionel S

Hello Dr Cameron,

We would like to say thank you for making it possible to say goodbye to Luckey and Ollie in their home environment, this made the whole heartbreaking decision easier and less stressful for all concerned.

Your service is invaluable.

We would also like to thank you for the card, much appreciated.

Lee and Melinda

Cameron,

Thank you for helping by baby Coco Chanel go off peacefully yesterday.  We miss her presence terribly.

Thank you again,

Warm regards,

Liana B

Hi Cameron with much appreciation for your lovely card and kind thoughts about our beautiful Charlie.

Thanks so much again for making a very difficult time easier and helping his passing be so compassionate and peaceful, it made a big difference and a kind end to all the difficulties he had been through in the past year. Warmest regards,

Peta

My family and I would just like to say thanks a million for helping us out on Aprils last day here with us. You were compassionate and caring which made it so much easier to let her go.

To April, our beautiful girl, you arrived in our lives from out of the blue, a wild, shaggy, mischievous puppy in need of a home. We were lucky have you in our lives for 13 years, growing up with the boys alongside you and loved by everyone who knew you. You were the guardian of the house and A loyal faithful family member. When you became ill, you still had that fighting spirit to the very end. We miss you every single day and our hearts are broken. May you run free in the park forever. From your family.

Andrea

Thank you so much for your card and your kind words. Your service made it a simple decision to do what was right for Bubbles, without the stress of her knowing that a visit to the vet clinic was her last memory. She is now in a place where she can eat and play as much as she wants to without pain or suffering.

Bianca

Hi Cameron, I would like to take the time to thank-you for giving peace to my beautiful Shayla by coming out on the same day that I had called you. We buried her early this morning under the shade of a most lovely tree on the property.

I regrettably wish that I could have made that very needed call so much sooner than I did. But my sensibility on this in those final days seemed to be pure selfish because I didn’t want to have to be letting her go.  However enough was enough and I knew I had to bring her peace as only a miracle was for ever going to make her feel whole again.

We were able to spend the whole day on Sunday saying goodbye to her from the time I called you till the time you were able to come out. Life will never be the same without her but I am grateful that I at least have a beautiful spot to go sit and remember her endless love and loyalty that she never once stopped showing to me from the first moment we had met at the rescue home 14 years ago.  Our four legged friends learn to trust again filling our hearts with warmth.

Thank you.

Shayla and Marion

Just a word of thanks for the kindness you showed during a difficult moment. I also appreciated the thoughtfulness of the card which you sent. Saying goodbye to Luka was an incredibly difficult moment, and your compassionate support was very much appreciated.

All the very best to you and your family at this time of year.

Charlotte and the Wallace family

Thank you very much for your card of condolence. Yes Barney was very special to us and it was extremely difficult letting him go – we are so grateful that the Lord blessed him to us for fifteen years. We now have fifteen years worth of wonderful memories of our little friend and he will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Thank you , Cameron , for your gentle approach – I can imagine that this sort of thing must be a very difficult task to perform as a veterinarian too. Thank you once again.

The Schokman Family

Thank you so much for coming on such short notice and making boys passing so peaceful. Very appreciated.

Maria

Thank you once again for your very kind service this afternoon, Helen and myself really appreciated your discretion and can only imagine how difficult your work is. We know our beautiful Rusty is now in a better place and although we are grieving, to have him pass over in our arms and the comfort of our home was a blessing.

Shane

Cameron – Just a note of thanks for your support and effort with Rosie today. As you have experienced before and seen as well I am grateful for your time in seeing my beautiful Rosie rest well now without any pain.

Thank you so much

Paul

Sandy and I would love to thank you for the care and kindness you showed to Zeke in his final hours. We are forever grateful.

Caterina

On behalf of my son Michael and myself, we both wish to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care and kind words for our precious old fella Ebe. You treated Ebe with respect and care, you gave him the dignity only he deserved . You gave us so much kindness we desperately needed. After 17 & ½ years of love the house is empty, so are our hearts without our baby. We know time will pass by and soften our heartaches. Sweet dreams our precious Ebe.

Doctor Cameron,

Thank you for your compassion in making  Paris’s departure more comfortable, for her, and for me.

This photo was taken by my daughter last year.  A treasure, because both now have left this earth.

Paris was a beautiful girl, such good company for all of those years. I will miss her greatly.

I adopted Paris when she was 4 as the breeders did not have much luck with her in the breeding program.  She was given to me, no charge, as the previous owners knew she would be very much loved and cared for., and how fortunately was I to have had this precious girl for 9 years.  R.I.P. sweet one.

Kind regards to you Dr. Cameron.

Sincerely,

Margaret S

Hi Cameron

Thank you so much for your card and beautiful words. Thank you so much.

Dear Dr Cameron Mortlock

Thank you for being understanding in our time of need and although we were faced with such a difficult decision, having you there made it feel a little easier.

It was a lovely surprise to find such a heartfelt card in the mail from you.

We appreciate how gentle you were with our beloved dog RB (Ratbag) once she had passed away, it meant a lot to us that you cared as much as we did.

Thank you again and kind regards

Dear Cameron.

We would like to say thank you for looking after Billy in his final moments. The lovely personal card you sent a few days later was a nice touch and shows how much you care for the animals and their families who have to make one of the most difficult decisions of their lives. As and when we get another dog, we will be in touch to discuss your day-to-day home vet service.

Kind regards

Phil, Hannah & Harriet

Cameron

I received a lovely card about Mala.  I imagine it was from you.  I just wanted to say what a nice thought it was and how much it was appreciated.  I also want to thank you for your understanding last Sunday.  I am sure it is not easy but I was thinking afterwards what a wonderful thing you do and how much comfort it must give people to allow their pet to die at home peacefully.

Anyway at the end of this email is a photo of Mala in her better days (which was not that long ago).  It sums her up perfectly.

Hello Dr Mortlock

We very much appreciate your efforts to accommodate our needs when caring for our 4-legged family member “Kita”.

It was very much a distressing time for us made easier by your calm, supportive and compassionate approach.

RIP KITA, enjoy the endless sunshine and open spaces.

Thank you.

Michelle Strother

Dear Cameron

Thank you for your lovely card.

It was a very difficult day last Wednesday when we called you to come and put Diezel to sleep. The house has been too quiet since then.

Yes Diezel was indeed much-loved by our large family and also by many friends of the children. We were surprised at the many messages, cards and flowers sent.

Thank you for your care and compassion shown to us and Diezel.

Kind regards,

Teresa and Alan J

Hi Cameron, received your kind gesture in the mail yesterday. Really appreciate your thoughts on this very difficult n sad time of our lives with misty’s loss.

Thank you.

Danny

Dear Dr Cameron,

On behalf of Vadar and my family, I want to thank you for your professionalism and care shown to us on the day we lost our four-legged friend.

While the decision wasn’t an easy one to make to end his life and the inevitable loss we would suffer, it was made easier knowing that we would be ending his pain.

You attended our home on a Sunday afternoon, which gave us the ability to give our toddler the opportunity to say ‘goodbye’ before her nap, in our own home without the added stress to her or Vadar with a trip to a veterinary practice; and gave as much time as required to my fiancée and myself with Vadar after he had passed, prior to personally taking him Lawnswood for a seamless service.

Realising you generally see the much loved parts of everyone’s family at the end of their life where they may be in pain, or unable to move around a lot – please find the included images of Vadar during much happier days, he did have a great life and we have lots of photos and videos to help remember him.

We also appreciated the comforting card in the mail in the following days after the loss of Vadar. It’s been tough to get used to a quiet house, and it’s the daily things you miss the most – taking out to toilet, feeding, walking past a room and hearing his panting after a play or getting a glimpse of lying him on his bed; general rubs and hugs and of course being followed like a shadow around the house! (3 weeks on, we have a pillow that he used to sleep on which still smells like him that we give the occasional hug – definitely made it easier in the first few days).

If anyone we know is in the unfortunate circumstance as we were, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your service.

Best Regards,

Dave, Cindy and Indigo

Dear Cameron,

It has taken us a couple of weeks to come to terms with the loss of Walter, our 17 year old cat, before we were ready to write to you. You may not remember but I called you on Thursday 31 July 2014 after we had spent a sleepless night with Walter. He was restless, agitated, his dementia was at its worst it had ever been, he wasn’t moving much and his incontinence had worsened. With two weeks off work, life finally slowed down enough for me to realize how much my beautiful boy had deteriorated in the last few months. Kylie was gently telling me this was the case but until I had time away from work, I wasn’t ready to see it.

Calling you that morning was the hardest decision I have ever had to make – Walter was my pet, originally, so I wanted to make the final call though Kylie loved him so much too. I discussed the decision with our local vet and went through all the online checklists. As much as I wanted to find a reason to decide that it wasn’t yet time for Walter, the fact is, it was. The thing holding me back wasn’t Walter’s continued enjoyment of life but, rather, my own reluctance to let him go.

You initially agreed to come to the house at 4:30pm that afternoon. However, as we fed Walter his favourite meal and lay with him by the heater, we realized we couldn’t count down the the six hours in slow motion, waiting for the moment we would have to say goodbye. I called you and , thankfully, you were able to come over within the hour.

Your job can’t be an easy one. It was the most painful decision I’ve ever had to make and, without a doubt the saddest moment of my life. You must experience that same sadness in the room every time. But if there is one thing I am glad I have done, it was to call you so that Walter could pass away in my arms in the peace and comfort of his own home, in his favourite spot in front of the heater. The service you provide is one of the most important services I have ever seen a person offer. It is absolutely invaluable and priceless and we are so grateful that you have dedicated your practice so that pet owners like us have this choice during a time when we are most distressed and unable to make clear decisions. It would have been so traumatic to have to have driven Walter to the vet and euthanized him in a cold, sterile room where he would have been stressed and vulnerable.

You explained the procedure perfectly to us. We knew what was going to happen. Most importantly, between the sedative and the final injection, you slipped to the back of the room where we couldn’t notice you and you gave us time to whisper sweet nothings into Walter’s ear and to say goodbye slowly, without any pressure, and with time to feel peace descend on the room. Thank you for using the most humane method of sedating him first. We are just so grateful for your help. Those were some of the most precious moments of my life and you turned a traumatic and distressing process into something that was close to spiritual, so tangible and gentle was the connection I shared with Walter as he looked into my eyes and passed away. We wish you all the very best with the practice and will always be indebted to you for helping us in the way you did with your availability that day, your flexibility with times , the way you explained the process to us and your subtle way of slipping into the background to really give us a chance to say goodbye. Thank you also for your precious card acknowledging the very real place Walter had in our lives and the void he has left behind.

Warmest regards,

Karen and Kylie

I would just like to thank you Dr Cameron for you patience, professionalism, and most importantly compassion. After almost 19yrs it was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. You gave me the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved Brody. I thank you so much for your promptness as it was such a distressing time. Your card was beautiful and sincere.

Thank you again.

Kelly & Alan

Dear Cameron

Thank you so much for coming around to look after our Borris last Saturday.

We really appreciated your compassion and professionalism in both a very stressful time for us and poor Borris.

As soon as you saw Borris in visible distress with his medical issues you acted calmly by administering the sedative which we are sure prevented him from getting too overwhelmed and having another violent seizure.

He settled very quickly in his mum’s arms and when the time came it was a dignified and comforting departure for Mr B from the confines of his failing body.

We cannot thank you enough for the experience that we were able to have in the comfort and privacy of our own home with Borris and his little brother Jenson.

Words really cannot express how thankful we are to you.

Jutin and Kaylea

Good Evening Cameron,

I just wanted to thank you today for all your help. I can’t even begin to imagine how much harder today would have been had we gone to the vet. Casey and I both appreciate how patient you were today and with how much respect you treated Zena.

Thank you so much.

Regards,

Michael and Casey

Dear Dr Mortlock,

Just a note to say thank you again for your very professional and compassionate dealing with Cherry and with me, when unfortunately, it was time for Cherry to be put to sleep.

You may not recall but I was looking after Cherry for friends when she developed generalised swelling and a mass in her neck/ behind her esophagous that the Subiaco Vet felt was a malignancy. The difficult decision in consultation with her owners who were overseas was to put her to sleep

I have had two of my own dogs euthanized over the years, at home, and I have to say that Cherry’s passing was the most peaceful of them all. The sedation prior to her final injection, was wonderful. She did not have a moment of anxiety – she was asleep already.

It is very reassuring to know that when the time comes, one’s canine companion and friend can leave in such a gentle and stress free way. They are great friends and we love them very much, and they are in our trust to do the best we can for them in life and in death. To have a service like yours that supplies this peaceful exit, is a blessing

Thank you also for your kindness to me, and to the very nice card. I know that it is part of your job and like all jobs, in some ways it is a routine, but you did it so well, and with such genuine care . Thank you again..

All the best

Anne

Dear Cameron,

Thank you so much for your comforting card expressing sympathy and for your gentle care of Kiap, and me, during his final moments last week.

Sincerely,

Dear Dr Cameron,

Thank you for coming to put Harry to sleep on a Sunday at such short notice. We are so grateful you were available to help him.

Kind regards,

Kathy and Dan

Dear Cameron

Our apologies for taking so long to write. It has taken us time to find our words. In truth, the last two weeks have been difficult. Yasmin was the best friend and companion we could ever have asked for and we are missing her terribly.

However, despite our sadness, we have 16 years of beautiful memories to hold dear. We know what a blessing it is to have had her for so long. Some of our most special moments happened in the days just prior to her passing, and for these, we believe, we have you to thank. Knowing she was going made this time more poignant, sacred even; knowing she would pass peacefully and gently made the world of difference to our ability to let her go.

Thank you for assisting us and being so respectful and thoughtful. It was an honor to be a part of it all. In particular, we really appreciated the opportunity to carry her stretcher to the car – our final way of honoring her lifelong devotion to us.

You do important work, Cameron, and you do it with integrity. We are so grateful.

Maria and Renae

Hi Cameron – We just wanted to thank you for your compassionate and professional service yesterday – we really appreciated it.

Hi Dr Cameron. I just wanted to thank you for the calm efficiency with which you helped us with Flicka yesterday. It was difficult to communicate yesterday, as I was so upset. He was a much loved member of the family and he went in peace. As you were able to help at short notice it meant Flick didn’t have to be in pain any longer.

The Doyle family

Dear Cameron

Please excuse my tardy email. I wanted to write to you to sincerely thank you for helping us say goodbye to our beloved friend Sherlock. We were so blessed to have had a wonderful dog like him, from the day he picked me out when he was just weeks old, to his very last day on Wednesday. The hole he has left in our house and hearts is huge. I truly do hope that he is at peace and finding something fun to chase!

Again, many thanks. The opportunity to be with him and surround him with love was very important to us and we are truly grateful.

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas.

Best wishes,

Rachel

Dearest Dr Cameron,

I just wanted to thank you for coming out on Sunday to help Karnie travel safely to the Rainbow Bridge.

John & I don’t have children together & we considered Karnie our first child. Whilst we did our best to be as strong as we could on the day, I can’t even begin to articulate the level of grief that we went through on Sunday & continue to go through in her absence. I’ve lost many dear people & animals in the past, but nothing has compared to this level of grief.

We are both still feeling moments of guilt for having Karnie put down. We still wonder if it was the right thing to do. I’ve had to euthanase a pet before & the decision was very clear to me, but this time it wasn’t, not even in the slightest.

The way you handled the entire process was of great comfort to all of us, Karnie included. As you were aware, I was seriously concerned that Karnie’s high level of anxiety around strangers would make the process a stressful one for her & a devastating memory for us. I needn’t be worried however as your demeanour & the way in which you handled the entire process was very comforting & kind. I truly believe you have been placed on this earth to bring comfort to many & I am forever grateful to you that you made this historic & most painful moment in our lives that little bit easier. Thank you from the deepest depth of my heart.

Sincerest respect & gratitude to you Sir.

Kind regards,

Emma, John, Ping-Ming, Kiki & of course our beloved Karnie

Dear Cameron

Just a heartfelt thank you for putting our beautiful Ollie to sleep. Thank you also for your lovely and much appreciated card. You are quite right Ollie was a much loved family member who we do miss very much. We also know that you helped us do the right thing by him in a very respectful way.

Kind regards

Pete and Gill

Dear Dr Cameron,

We want to thank you for your extreme compassion and sensitivity last Wednesday when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Sandy. We grieve for our furry friend of 16 + years but are comforted in the fact that we provided her with such a gentle and pain free death. Your web site has been a source of much information and help leading upto our decision.

Thank you also for your card

The Dissanaike Family

Hi

A friend of a friend used your service and has recommended you. Although my dog I don’t feel is ready quite yet for euthanasia I am thinking I would like to use your service in the event that I get to choose the right time for him to leave us. Jack is currently 12.5 and a Dalmatian, he is 40kgs. He has been very active and well until the last year or so and now arthritis is affecting him . His back legs are starting to fail and we sometimes need to help him up etc. I just wanted to introduce myself really today and think that probably we will ask you to call in the next couple of months or so. Jack is very special to us and feel your service is perfect for our needs. Your website is informative and caring, thank you for offering such a service.

I will be in touch Regards

Jane

Hi Cameron

Dear Cameron,

Thanks so much for your help last Friday, we all feel that it could not have been done in a more peaceful ,considerate and respectful way.

Diane

Dear Cameron,

Just a quick email to thank you for the sympathy card recently received for Bella’s passing.

My wife and I really appreciated your care, compassion and understanding at such a difficult time and we have no idea how you perform your job on a daily basis under such difficult circumstances.

Thank you again for coming out to our house on a public holiday after travelling all the way home from Bunbury to put our baby girl to rest and put an end to her suffering.

Sven

Hi Cameron, I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the service you provided on Monday. I think that most dogs are traumatised by the clinical surrounds of a vet surgery and I was so grateful to be able to say goodbye to our beautiful girl, Annie, in her own home, where she had been safe and loved for fourteen years. To be so close to her as she went to sleep was a sad but lovely experience. We were blessed to have had her in our life and we all loved her very much. Thank you once again for your wonderful card, your kindness and your understanding.

Susan, Alan & family

Hi Cameron. Just wanted to say thank you for your service. is was so much nicer to have my family with Kevin our cat when we put him to sleep. He was so distressed going to the vets and it was a relief for him not have to meet his end like that. I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to my friends and family should they need this type of service.

And thank you for the kind wishes in your card afterwards. Very thoughtful.

best wishes

Lorna and family

Dear Cameron,

Thank you so much for your kindness and many thanks for your card and kind words. I also very much appreciate you attending Misty so soon after having travel delays. Misty was not only my devoted companion, she was dearly loved by my family and friends. The nine years we shared with our little social butterfly will be remembered always with much love.

Kind regards,

Joyce and Family

Dear Cameron,

Thank you,

The Tunnicliff family

Hi Dr Cameron

Just wanted to say thank you for your kind thoughts and card to bid farewell to our gorgeous boy Herbert on 30th April. I picked him up last Friday from Malaga and he is now resting peacefully at home with us. thanks again

Fiona + Manno

Hi Cameron,

Just a brief note of thanks for your services this morning, particularly given such short notice.

As you can imagine, we were all devastated by the thought of putting PC to sleep but it was so much nicer having you come to our home to do this, rather than have to put him in a box and go to our local vet, sit waiting to be taken then him ending his life in a sterile consulting room.

You made this so much easier for us all and I shall definitely be recommending you to others.

Again, thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards

Kenny

Hi Cameron

I got your card today. That was very kind.

It takes a very selfless and special person to do what you do.

Thank you

Jonathan

Dear Cameron,

Thank you so much for your beautiful condolences card, it’s very thoughtful of you, your kind words and thought make us feeling much better.

Also I would like to express our appreciation for what you have done to help us in our difficult time by sending our little girl, Phoebe to heaven peacefully.

Laurence and me are very grateful to have your great service for our Phoebe. May God give you and your family His best blessing.

kind regards

Lany and Laurence

Dear Dr Cameron – thank you so much for coming over to our house yesterday at such short notice. I must be hard for you to see those things, but I could not have wished for anyone better and for that Cameron and I wish to thank you.

When you left we buried Jake under the Frangipani tree, with his favorite toy Tiger and he looked so peaceful. He was the best dog I could have ever wished for. He was my best friend for the past 16 years and he left us with such dignity. I will miss him so much.

I wish you the best.

Kindest thoughts to you.

Anne

Dear Dr Cameron

Lily & Marcus

Dear Cameron

We both want to express our feelings of gratitude and appreciation, your caring professional approach towards Bruno and ourselves overwhelmed us during what was the most heartbreaking experience we have ever encountered. The moment you arrived you took control of a devastating time with pure compassion, explaining everything as it was about to happen, there was no hesitation and the passing of Bruno was calm, peaceful and serene. Cameron you are a truly amazing person, there are no words to express how grateful we are to you.

Sue & Mick

Dear Cameron We thank you so much for the beautiful card and words of comfort it means a great deal to us.

Dear Cameron –

I feel I can breathe now – I am so grateful to you for your care and attention to helping us help Cali –

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to thank you personally so please accept my sincere appreciation for all that you did. Although it didn’t feel it at the time – After 2 days of thought I now know it was the only option for her and Scott and I both know there couldn’t have been a more caring and compassionate way than your service and thoughtfulness.

Fiona

Hi Dr Cameron,

Matt and I would like to send our sincere thanks to you for providing such an excellent service.

Saying goodbye to our beloved Botaz was extremely hard for us but the time will be remembered as very special, personal and peaceful.

A few traits which made this process easier was that we found you to be unobtrusive, calm, caring, kind and easily adapted to the environment which best suited our family without any communication on that. You didn’t draw out the process but still allowed us to go through the steps in our own time and most importantly Botaz wasn’t concerned by your presence which made his farewell stress free and peaceful for him.

Thanks once again, we really appreciated it.

Matt and Sy

Dear Cameron

Sincerely thank you for the kind gesture in taking the time to send me your thoughtful card.

It was a “blessing” for Millie to receive your kindness and compassion during her last moments at home.

I appreciated your support during my difficult decision to say my final goodbyes. I praise you on your professional manner and empathy shown towards Millie which made it stress free and bearable. This exceeded any that I have previously experienced from any Vets.

I would highly recommend you to any one reassured they are in caring hands.

With kindest regards

Corinne

To Cameron,

On behalf of our family I would like to thank you so very much for your kindness and care to our much loved family pet “Mike”.

Thank you for coming to visit even when you were on holidays – it made such as difference to have you visit though knowing you had already come to our house on an earlier visit a few days earlier.

Regards and best wishes,

Mary

Dear Cameron,

Thank you very much for your attendance and for your total professional and sympathetic manner in treating Brandi at short notice. I am sure that you are aware of the deep gratitude we both felt at you assisting at this time.

It was quite amazing your similarity to our eldest son, Tim in looks, manner & speech. It was also equally amazing that the only sign of recognition/interest from Brandi all day was on your arrival. Tim lives in Esperance and she must have thought you were him or I guess in reality she may have smelt the vets bag, but the first assumption is the better one.

Thank you again and on Brandi’s behalf.

Kind regards and best wished and success in your future.

David & Patricia

Dear dear Cameron,

Sorry it has taken me so long to get pen to paper, I have been meaning to do it for the last week but just didn’t feel strong enough. Thank you for your card, it was unexpected but truly appreciated. Kodak was a huge part of our lives & was loved immensely & missed terribly. I am so thankful that is was you that came to help us, help him with his last moments with us. You were exceptional in the way you handled the situation & are such a credit to your profession.

Your presence with us was short, but our memory of you will be long lasting.

Thank you from deep within.

Take care,

Kelly & Brett

Dear Cameron,

Just a note to thank you for your thoughtful words in your card about our much loved Sash. We appreciated your kind & compassionate manner on the day & over the past few years. Thanks for your support during our difficult decision. We know that Sash is in a better place. Having his ashes brings us great comfort.

We’ll see you some time in the future.

Jenny G & family

With kind regards,

SA & Family

Dear Cameron,

This card comes as a thank you, for being able to come out to our house for Cleo’s departure. It made my decision so  much easier to have your help in doing that for the good of Cleo.

Your job must be so hard at times,

I sympathise with you…. But you are a blessing to people like myself & pets like “Cleo”. She really hated going to the ‘vets” and had such a fight to do anything with her. You are the first vet she has ever purred for….. so she was happy. Cleo is now in heaven with God & will not suffer any longer thanks to you.

Thank you so much Cameron from

Jackie & Steve

It’s been just over a month since you helped us with our mate Sammy.

The Fynmore family & Sammy would like to thank you for your understanding & kindness on that awful day.

P.S Your card was greatly appreciated.

Kevin

Dear Cameron,

Thanks so much for your card, it was a lovely surprise.

That day was dreadful for us but you did a great job & Date liked you & was relaxed & trusting as usual. Our days are still hard & we miss her terribly but we know she is pain-free now & with us in spirit.

Thanks agin,

Donna & Roland

Dear Cameron,

My wife and I were emotionally touched by your most sensitively worded card received this date.

Your professional expression of sympathy endorsed our opinion of your extreme professionalism demonstrated in handling our adored family friend “Kaz”. Your attention to detail and care exceeded anything we have previously experienced from any member of the fraternity of Veterinary Science.

We are positive that in future years ( if not now) your name will be revered in your chosen career. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to any future inquirer.

Wishing you good health, happiness & longevity.

Thanks again,

Yours sincerely,

B & P Marshall

Dear Cameron,

Thank you for your care. You gave us an extra 14 months with our beloved Jessie. How blessed Dave and I were to have Jessie. Your home service is wonderful and I would recommend you to anyone. We thank you once again for everything over the past 14 months.

Also especially for taking care of Jessie at the end and letting us grieve. We wish you and your family every happiness, good health and our best wished.

Dr Cameron,

Just a small note to say thank you for your help during a very upsetting time.

I’m so grateful to have been able to say goodbye to Ben at home in such a peaceful way.

Dear Dr Cameron,

We just wanted to say thank you so much for the kind card you sent to us following the loss of our dear little chihuahua Coby. Your card was the only one we received and it and your kind words meant so much to us. I (Kirsty) have read it over and over and over!! It was definitely the hardest thing I have ever had to do, he was sorta like a kid to me, I’d had him since I was 10 years old till last Wednesday (18 yrs and 8 months). For such a tiny dog he’s left a huge void in our hearts & home.

It was nice that you could come to our house, so that Coby could go peacefully at home, he always hated the vet clinic!! Thanks again for making his passing as comfortable for him and us as possible. Much appreciated!!!

Thank you for coming to our home and for sending us the lovely sympathy card. It meant more than you know. Wanted to send you back a card with a few pics of our precious boy in healthy & happier times.

Thanks again from our family.

From J & K Taylor

Thank you for your thoughtful card – my sons in particular say thanks.

Jacque was a treasured gift to our family – we have friends who would love a dog but won’t take the risk for the fear they won’t get “a Jacque” – he was very special. Thank you for the service you provide.

BC

Hi Cameron – just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful card for our girl Stix and for coming to put her to rest for us – it means a lot!

Warmest regards,

N, W & Family

Cameron, thanks so much for your card and kind thoughts on the loss of our Chelsea. Yesterday was a very hard day but your compassion helped us all – thanks mate.

D, T & C

Dear Dr Cameron,

Thank you very much for your kind words Dr. I really appreciate your help though this horrible time. You made Sparky’s passing peaceful and stress free for her, I didn’t want her to suffer even for a minute and you helped me to achieve that and I will always be grateful for your help with my wee baby and my beloved Angel too. I’m going to dog board toy breeds seeing I clearly can’t afford to give them the medical care at the moment. Thank you Thank you for your understanding, compassion , kindness and skill.

Kind regards,

J

Dear Cameron,

Thank you for your kind words in our time of sadness. We truly appreciate the thought.

Kind regards,

SS and family

Dear Cameron,

Thank you so much for the lovely card for Levi, so thoughtful. I meant to give you back the extra medication I had for him. It’s very quite around here without him but we are very happy with the way he left us and relieved he is no loner suffering.

T

Hi Cameron

Thank you for you kind words support guidance through our little boys life. He had a wonderful life and the extra time we got was priceless. Things are really tough and  not coping at all – it feels like we are imploding. Still its early days and we will work through it. I know I will see you again as I could not imagine my life without the unique love of animals. I thank you again. If there’s ever anything I can do for you call.

G

Hi Cameron,

Thank you so much for your email and the lovely card you sent. I am devastated at his quick decline, but glad he was in good hands and had all the care and testing he could possibly have. I do truly appreciate all your help with Nulla and your referral which seems to have been just in the right time.

I have been lucky enough to get back a lot of my costs through insurance and have used your website referral for lawnswood for Nulla, who were amazing and very quick in their response, so it has been good to have him treated kindly and with respect.

Again, thank you so much and regards,

V

Dear Cameron,

On behalf of my wife and I, let me say that our impression of your overall professionalism, especially in terms of the love and concern that you exhibit for your animal patients, together with their owners, is exemplary.

We are so pleased to have chosen your service for Flyn’s care and are deeply grateful for your help yesterday.

Kindest regards

R & L

Hi Cameron,

I would like to thank you for your care and consideration when I had my dog Timmie put down before Christmas. This was the right decision for him but tough for me who has had him since he was a pup and my elderly parents who have had him as a constant companion for many years during the week. Timmie really hated going into a vet clinic so it was very important to me to have him pass away in an environment he was comfortable in. You did a great job with a family who were complete strangers to you and I’m very grateful for your care and compassion on this day. You are a credit to your profession.

Kind regards

M L

Dear Cameron,

Your expression of sympathy touched our hearts.

We appreciated the kind and gentle manner you took with our Dharma and the reverence and respect extended to us.

It was probably one of the most difficult decisions my husband and I have had to make and one made with a heavy heart and much grief. Dharma was a faithful, loyal, protective and intelligent friend – unique and quirky.

We loved her little smile and the way she understood us. She adored my husband and he adored her. It has been a difficult week, tempered only with relief that she in no longer suffering.

D & G

Dear Cameron,

Thank you for being so kind , sensitive and gentle during such a heart-breaking time for us, as we laid our dog Baxter to rest in peace.

You made an extremely tough decision more bearable and we really appreciated it.

M & C

Dear Cameron,

Thank you so much for your lovely card and kind words. Life is very different without Kymba. She was always next to me when I was at home and was always in my way. Her hair was all over the place – so annoying – but I even miss that.

Kymba was a lovely dog, we never had to worry about the kids when they were here. Ebony and Jayden will miss her more than the others because they were here more often.

Thank you for looking after Kymba. Thank you for caring – even my daughter noticed that you are a very caring person.

I’ve told my husband that no matter how upset I am or miserable I get – please do not bring home another dog. I couldn’t go through this again.

Anyhow – thank you again Bye for now.

JC

Thank you for your thoughtful card – my sons in particular say thanks. Jacque was a treasured gift to our family – we have friends who would love a dog but won’t take the risk for the fear they won’t get “a Jacque” – he was very special. Thank you for the service you provide.

BC

We were delighted to receive your card today. Thank you for your very kind thoughts, I am sure that it is not easy for you either. More importantly we are EXTREMELY appreciate that you were able to assist us. Thank you for looking after our Mate. Best wishes
